21 DAYS OF CLEAN EATING CHALLENGE



Sometimes the hardest part of eating clean is knowing where to start. What to buy? How much? What portion sizes? All while maintaining a budget. I get you. It's not easy. Over the past month, I've tried numerous healthy recipes and all of the delicious winners made it into an easy to follow weekly shopping guide (3 weeks total). Along with the guides, there's meal plans and recipes so that you're not throwing out any food and getting all the nutrition you need. This takes the guesswork completely out of meal planning! Plus, you might even pick up a new recipe or two along the way that you'll love heart emoticon
