I blocked the hubs from this post as I’m working towards something for him. Depending on where we land in these new couple years, whether that’s a house/condo here in Minnesota or out of state, I plan on one day creating a home music studio for him.

Having a place that’s all HIS to create music, write lyrics and jam the heck out no matter what volume!!!

This incredible human being is my everything  He’s the man that pushes me to be the best version of myself, the one that holds me accountable to these big dreams and never once doubted me in this journey.

He deserves SO much because he does SO much.

This stack of books caught my eye before leaving the house this morning.

See the one on the bottom? But also notice the ones towards the top. All compounding on top of eachother. Layers of knowledge and foundation.

‪#‎Sturdy‬ as they held up my laptop for creating Youtube videos this weekend for my team. Coming up on a year now with them and it all really hit me this morning....
.
If it wasn't for my panic attacks, I wouldn't have had such a strong pull to join this community. Reason being, a huge portion of my weekly to-do's is‪ #‎selfdevelopment‬ and diving deep into all of these incredible books! Taking control of my life and the all the glorious panic that comes along with it!! 
.
Sometimes the things that can feel like such burdens in our daily lives actually become our BIGGEST opportunities for growth. What does that look like for you? I wouldn't be so open or even thinking of writing this post if it wasn't for the journey it took to get here -- and the possibility of it reaching someone that needs it 
.
Thankful for the burdens and counting my blessings!

BROWNIE CUP WITH SUPERFOODS


Sunday evenings were made for little indulgences! This one takes the cake... or should I say, brownie!

Super easy to make in your microwave in about 30 seconds flat. The one thing you'll need for sure is a packet of shakeology -- this is where all the superfoods come from! Take a moment to check out all the benefits here.

Ingredients

1/4 tsp Baking powder
1 scoop Chocolate shakeology, vegan or regular
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 Dash Salt
1/4 tsp Vanilla
3 tbsp Almond milk
1 Egg or 2 egg whites
1 tablespoon of PB2 peanut butter

How to make

1) Mix all the dry ingredients in a large coffee mug (not including the PB2 peanut butter)
2) Add wet ingredients to the mug (make sure consistency is like cake mix - add more milk if necessary)
3) Microwave for 1 min 30 seconds (or less depending on microwave)
4) The cake will pull away from the outside of the mug a little bit, as seen in picture. 
5) Mix up a tablespoon of the PB2 mixture and add a little dollop to the top!
